Please note the regulations regarding team entry and players for the State Championships 

• Players and officials participating in State Championships must be registered members of their respective Affiliated Member Association. 
• Team construction for both open and underage teams will be association based, with associations required to have a minimum of seven* of their own players (and a maximum of 14) to submit a team. 
• *If you do not have seven players, please complete this event registration and we will work with you to combine with another association (where possible)
• Combined teams will have the name of both associations where there is an equal number of players from each association. Where there is a strong majority, the team will be named after that association with the majority
• Team lists must be submitted by Wednesday 26 November 2025.  No players for the home association can be added to this list after this date.
• Associations are required to provide minimum of one umpire per team entry at all State Championships.  Your umpire must be included with your team list.
