This notice is given in accordance with Rule 8.1 of the constitution of Softball Victoria Incorporated and the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).

Business of the Meeting

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held in 19 November 2025.
2. Receipt and consideration of the Annual Report of Softball Victoria for the year ended 30 June 2026.
3. Receipt and consideration of the Financial Statements for the year ended 2026.
4. Election of Board of Directors for the ensuing term.
5. Any special resolutions — proposed rule amendments or life membership.
6. General business.
7. Special Items: SV Strategic Plan, 2027 Womens World Cup, History of Melbourne Softball Association.

Nominations, Proxies and Voting

• Nominations for Board Directors must be received in writing by 3 September 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.4 (a)(i).
• Members entitled to vote are financial members as at 18 October 2026.
• A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy. Proxy forms must be lodged with the CEO prior to or at the AGM.
• Quorum for the meeting is 10 members present and eligible to vote (rule 9.1)
